I take some cheddar cheese, the extremely sharp and smelly kind, and wrap it in that and mold the cheese completely around the pill. Mine gulp cheese down so they don't even chew it
LOL Some have had good luck with those Pill Pockets made by Greenies, but I've never used them myself.
