turns out it is the dog version of nappy rash ....pup did poo...mum cleans bum...simulates pup to try and poo...mum tries to help and tries to keep licking till pup does a poo....etc.
the vet said to start separating mum only letting them sit together for feeds as it could cause a prolapse.
he also suggested weaning them and they are quite big for their age an average of 700g (24.6 ounces or 1.54 lb)....
