Naughty Gucci!! There is a lot of good advice here and I hope you are able to retrain him. Who knows how dogs' minds work LOL! All the training books I have read say that dogs are not vindictive, but it sure looks like it sometimes.
You mentioned a Scat Mat. I tried this and my poor dog was scared out of his wits and I sent it back. It is quite a shock they get even on the lowest setting. So I would suggest you try other things. But perhaps others have had a more positive experience? Good luck, it must really get you down. |
