Some program has targeted you I would guess so run your antivirus and antimalware and update everything and reboot and see what happens. Hope it goes away! I know when I got on that screen just now it wouldn't let me leave without a message asking me if I really wanted to leave that site or something and in the background, up jumped a screen saying I had - drumroll - won a cruise!!!!!!!!
Boy, if I had a dollar for every cruise I've won on my Answering Machine, in the mail or online, I'd be pretty happy!
