But if it is HGE or something else really bad, sometimes not testing - i.e., a hematocrit, not getting an early diagnosis & waiting for the regular vet
can cost a life. You have to make a judgment call and you did. It's always the owner's choice and finances often play a huge part in that choice. I pray your baby will be okay. Tibbe had a bout with GI problems in June - the entire month - but he is fine now. But he took forever to straighten out even on treatment. GI problems are the worst with these little ones.
