10 years old is so old to give birth, isn't it? Will the pelvis expand normally from arthritic changes, etc.? I hope this poor little thing doesn't have to go through pregnancy, whelping and nursing, baby nurturing at her age & with her history. She deserves a comfy silk pillow and a life of luxury, pampering - not a growing belly, aching back, hours of whelping & baby care. If she is pregnant, I pray Daddy wasn't 20 lbs.!
