The blood and vomit is a sign something is not right, perhaps even very wrong. If this baby keeps vomiting & having diarrhea, you must get her help and it will likely take testing to get a firm diagnosis. A Yorkie can go downhill and get dehydrated fast and die from loss of fluid. If her condition worsens, you must get her help whatever you have to do to afford it. That is part of being a responsible dog owner and we owe our pets no less than good vet care when they are ill.
