Yes, fiber can firm things up, but too much can have the opposite effect loll! The Honest Kitchen is pretty high in fiber, 9.6% for the Embark formula (what they're currently eating for breakfast). So I try not to add any more fiber to their diet. Haven't tried the probiotics yet...I'm away from home, so it might be waiting in the mail box.
