My mil called it the "mustard". My hubby loves that doodoo stuff too. lol That is their favorite part...they said it has lots of flavor. blech..

That sounds hilarious! Did you see one of those shows on foodnetwork where in Japan they cut up the fish (I think it was a Bizzare Foods episode) for sashimi but put the rest of the fish that is still moving on the plate. I thought that was cool. lol

I don't like skin or fat off of any meat/chicken/fish either. But have you ever tried chicken skin chicharones? OMG...they are sooo good! There is a place here that makes them called Kiawe BBQ Grill.
