I was wondering how the #12 shampoo is with the higher concentration of evening primrose oil. During the winter with the heat on which could possibly dry out of the coat, is it something that anyone recommends?

Oh they are!!!!!!! Katie has a pure very good silk coat. Say at Christmas time, or other special holiday season; buy now to bring it in, in plenty of time. Then at your special occasion, shampoo lavishly and throughly with the gloss shampoo, let the shampoo sit in for at least 5minutes. Rinse, rinse, rinse, get it ALL out. Then you will us approximate 1/2 of the bottle of the nutrient mask conditioner. Massage it in root to tip. Don't forget the belly, and right over the paws too!. Then have warmed up towels ready, wrap Katie up in them. If John likes to hold her, for the 30 minutes, you can make a cup of tea for you too. Okay 30minutes are up; rinse out, but not All out, leave the hair feeling slippery or greasy. Then Blow Dry. Finish the last five minutes of blow drying on cool heat; and don't forget your conditioning spray as you blow dry!. As the hair dries, you still spritz some conditoing spray over the coat. It smells delicious, and you won't believe the gleam you will get in the coat.
Lisa, with Katies coat, from what I know of it, you only will need the heavy duty conditioner. It's not thinning is it? That might be a different thing if it is.
Also Lisa, you need a good clarifying shampoo. Should be used no more than once per month. You probably can use one now, as Katie has been in and out of the water a lot. This is a deep cleaning shampoo. CC has one. I happen to like the Vellus one.
