I give my yorkie the tip of a carrot every other day or so, and she looovvveeess them! I have a rabbit that gets a whole carrot, and my puppy gets jealous so I do give them. She gnaws on them and shreds it to pieces while eating it, so I'm pretty sure it helps clean her teeth too
