Yes, do keep telling her it was not her fault. Years ago my brother-in-law committed suicide and my sister thought it was her fault. Then a long time later I found out my niece (who was about 6 or 7 at the time) had been thinking it was her fault al those years! They need to be reasured that there was not anything they could have done to stop it. My thoughts and prayers to your niece, and the entire family.
