I know of two breeder friends of mine, that deliberately moved out of Toronto area so that they could legally have more dogs.

I'm trying to find info on this for Whitby...cant find it anywhere...I will have to call the town tomorrow. I thought i read on the Toronto site any combo, but with a 6 pet limit...I'll recheck. Regardless I have six pets so I'm at my limit!
That is until my son moves and takes his cat!
I would have houseful of these guys (yorkies) if I could...geez could I love this breed any more?!
