I received the most tragic phone call this morning. I am still in shock. I am asking that everyone please pray for my 21 year old neice and my brother and sister in law. Some of you may remember that in November, I went to a wedding in Tennessee. I had posted about it because it was the first time my pups were going to be with someone else while we were gone. ANyway, my niece was the one getting married. She and her husband were so young and so full of hopes and dreams for their future. He aspired to be a novelist and was already working on his first novel. He was just accepted into a wonderful journalism school for the fall. Last night, for no reason known to my niece, or anyone else at this point, her 21 year old husband took his own life. He left no note of explanation. My niece last spoke to him early morning yesterday when she left for work as always and he seemed perfectly fine. She came home from work to find him dressed in a suit and lying on their bed with his glasses in one hand and a gun in the other. He had shot himself in the head. I just dont understand. I can only imagine...well actually I can not even imagine the pain she must be in right now. Sorry for rambling so long ...but please everyone pray for my niece and for her parents who are all in shock and devestated.
