You have to tell her you are concerned about your dogs getting hurt. Maybe try to inform her that it is best to teach puppies at a young age that biting and playing to rough is not good. Training starts the day you bring your pup home.

Many people like to play rough with puppies because they think it is cute but it is not so cute as they get older and continue to grow more forceful and aggressive. She may not take your suggestion but it's worth a try if you can say it in a non judgmental manner.
