Last time I had a puppy do that he had parvo and did not make it. Im not trying to scare you but realize everyone's experiences may help. I wouls get him to the vet, it Romeo ate and played up until it was tok late to save him. At that point he only threw up foam.
You definitely want to have your baby seen before its critical. Praying for swift healing for your baby. Its always so scary when they are sick. Are the ears, nose or tummy hot? Feverish?
