How much is he throwing up? Seems to me two days plus another two days of vomiting for a little yorkie could be very dangerous. But I'm no vet. At least give him pedialyte so he doesn't dehydrate. But if he's still vomiting throughout the day today, I wouldn't wait until Monday to see what's wrong.
