Kathy, I am just seeing this. What a terrible experience. I am sorry to hear that you were treated so poorly. I clerked in a hospital when I was in school and while it is a very stressful environment to work in, I always reminded myself that it is more stressful to be a patient -- and that I should treat people the way I would want to be treated, or have my family members treated.
