Kasey, Sophie Kate also suffers from Pancreatits I know it is so hard to leave them overnight at the vet. You did the right thing by taking Bailey to the vet right away, as hard as it is to leave her the vet needs to get fluids in her.
Make sure when you speak with the Vet tomorrow you find out exactly how her levels are. Also do not be surprised if Bailey is on a prescription food for awhile (Sophie Kate is on Hills ID for life).
Be strong, don't worry about the cone and lets hope your baby comes home tomorrow. Keep us posted please.
