I think I have to remind myself that I'm not where I was physically, two years ago.. I cant expect myself to pick back up where I left off. I'll get back to that point though!!
Soooo lets see..today I had zumbawhen class when I woke up, and jogged a couple miles with Luma. Oh, and I found some sparkling water that is Acai Pom Berry flavored..tastes like soda,without that sickening diet taste  0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 cal, 0 fat. So maybe carbonation in general is bad and sweeteners are too, but this has to be better than cherry coke, lol! It's a start. I just dont feel satisfied with water. |
See that's the thing. I would love to get up earlier and walk or something. But 1. My hubbys says it's still too dark. 2. I already wake up at 5:30a.m. and I usually go to bed at about 11:30p.m. So sleep is precious.lol and 3. Ahi doesn't get her butt out of bed that early. And I don't think she could protect me much when walking in the dark.
I will just have to force myself to maybe 1/2 hour a day, a couple nights a week to start off. All in moderation.
