Last Sunday, at the last minute literally, we got the dogs entered into a dock diving competition in Newmarket; about 45 minutes north of the city.

So we are somewhat unprepared for a whole day's event, as we were not sure until we got there if there would be space for us, so we didn't pack our whole kit n caboodle of a days outing with the dogs.
We got in, and here is a story of "experienced diver" and and cough cough, handler Gail and Magic.
I had bought a new Chuck it toy, on sale no less, I thought for sure it was water toy as most of their toys are, well I do the first toss in the water, and Magic god bless him, balks for the first time in a long time to jump. There I am trying to get him to jump off the dock, and saying See your toy, see your toy! Mommy wants you to get that TOY. Then I look and I really look, no NO NO sign of the toy! LMAO. The audience is yelling at me the TOY SANK..... How embarassing. First rule, have a toy that floats. So anyhow it was the shortest life of a toy we have had in our household, ummmm 48 hrs maybe. the next time up on the dock Magic did jump in to get a toy that actually floated!!!

Razzle was a trooper and a crowd pleaser. He jumped his first time on the dock in that crazy zany competition pool. He got into the finals as well in his division! ..... 3feet 6 " can you believe it???
Unfortunately we didn't realize he had made the finals, and after almost 6hrs we were pooped and never thought about finals so we went home. I get an email the next day, from Heather who I train with for dock diving, and she said you got into the finals with RAzzle. Why didn't you stay

Awh well I said to her, next time maybe
