I didn't read all the posts but my Miss Mini gets secondary infections like this often, looks just like your pic...if it is- your pup needs antibiotics. Staph infections can really make your pup sick. IF IT IS WHAT IT APPEARS TO ME TO BE...Good Luck hope your pup is feeling better very soon.
