I honestly did not expect her to remember me just by my name. I have a super common name. However, she didn't ask for my address or any other information besides who my dogs parents were. That's it.

Then she told me it couldn't have been too bad because it took this long to show up.

I also have every single e-mail and not once... not one single time ...did Natalie ever say she was sorry for my loss...NOT ONCE. I have every e-mail and I just read through them again to see if by chance I missed it. Nope, never happened.

Only the suggestion that another puppy would help with the loss after I declined paying for another puppy from her because it's too painful to think of getting another pet right now. I was kind, I thanked her for the offer(of selling me a puppy for $800). I e-mailed her the day my baby died to let her know it was AAI, to say I was in shock would be an understatement.

Then I talked to my husband about posting a review. He encouraged me to. The next e-mail I received from her was the threat to call a lawyer. Actually, after everything I've found out about her, I should have been the one making that threat. I'm not. I don't want anything from her. I just wanted to warn people and not have this happen to anyone else out there.
