As far as knowing your puppy and asking you who her parents were how am I suppose to know what everyone whom has purchased a puppy names them after they leave. As I told her in her first email she had sent me after 5yrs I was extremely sorry for her loss of her dog which she does not mention.

It doesn't matter what she names her puppy, you should have known from her name. Many pet owners don't keep a record of the parents, that's the breeder’s responsibility.
