One of my Yorkies, Katey, loves to have her belly rubbed. If she sees that I have my shoes of, she'll get off the couch sit by my feet, hit my foot with her paw, and then sit up on her rear legs for me to rub her belly.
Notice the smile she develops on her face as it continues.
