Poor baby boy! This looks like a bad case of what Max had last summer. Max had just a couple spots at a time and they were not that dark. He had to have an antibiotic that cleared them up.
We saw 2 different doctors and they were not sure exactly what caused the spots. They can turn into staph infection. I would see another vet, or a dermatologist as KJC suggested. Organic coconut oil helped Max's spot too (we like Nutiva brand -- it has to be good stuff to work), but I think your little guy needs an antibiotic first.
