I agree with the others.

You need to confine her to a very small area where there is just enough room for a bed & a puppy pad, nothing else. (I used a hexagon shaped kids play pen and took two of the sides out so it was a very small square pen).

You are basically creating a situation where she HAS to go on the pad, as she'll most likely not want to soil where she lays. When she does go, praise her & give her a yummy treat! Hopefully, with a few times of this, she will learn what to do.

I know it's hard because you want to have her out & running around, cos new puppies are so darn cute...but a few days/week of creating an environment for successful toilet habits, will pay off.
