Hi there! Yes vomiting occasionally is very common. If vomiting is frequent, that isn't normal. Feed smaller meals, several times a day, instead of a big one in the morning and evening. That could help with her nausea. Discharge, if clear is ok.

If she has several babies, you may be able to see them moving a tiny bit soon! My girl is 43 days in, and during doppler checking for heart beats, I saw several tiny movements especially as she breathed in, but that was with careful scrutiny of the belly. She has quite a few babies though, I am thinking 5, as per heartbeats!
