We use these ear wipes we got at PetSmart once per day on KS, usually with her evening grooming. They are
HERE. We only do the outer ear that we can reach. We do not go too far down in there. Then she gets groomed about once a month and they pluck her ear hair. We also use cotton balls when giving her a bath so she does not get water in her ears.
