I would just teach your dog housebreaking using the crate method for confinement when you can't observe her, a good regular schedule and leave off diapers or other human things animals don't need in order to develop good instincts and to learn. Dogs do sometimes soil their bed but over time learn not to do it if they lean this is their bed. They don't keep it up for very long.
