We have been patient with you about the money, basically b/c we thought you were a friend, but you pull this crap today, totally flipping out and backing out of the deal.
You bought the dog knowing that there were responsiblities that YOU were going to have to deal w/...
Amanda agreed to get the 2nd set of shots done, but not the 2nd round of dewormer.
Amanda also has been wanting to give you the pup early - before we got the rest of the money - as a gesture of FRIENDSHIP. I'm glad I talked her out of that....or we would be out over 1/2 of the price of the pup. A Health Guarantee? WTF? You have seen the pup. You have held the pup. H3ll...the pup has spent several days at your house....What type of other guarantee do you want? Life insurance on the dog? Give me a break.
I'm stepping of my soap box now. Mods, Please LOCK this thread.
Joy...PM amanda or me or call us before you come on here crying your crap. |
I cannot believe my eyes!!!
If breeders are releasing their pups (yorkie pups) at 6 weeks and you're following their advice, perhaps you need to find different breeders to look up to.
Pups generally are not paid for in full until the pup is delivered. At this point in time, this pup should not be paid for -- it should not be paid for until another few weeks -- 12 weeks!
If a breeder has the pup in their possession on the day a set of shots or dewormer is due, the breeder is still the owner -- they have the dog in their hands . . . it is their responsibility!
Even though Joy has held this pup, she is not a vet and has no degree. She has no way of knowing whether this pup has a congenital disease/defect. This is a cowards way of saying "I am an irresponsible breeder."
Joy -- RUN . . . RUN . . . RUN . . . as fast as you can! $350 in the hole is a lot better than having a long term commitment to this breeder. This is someone in it for the money, obviously!
I have NEVER seen a pup advertised saying that the price was contingent on the number of shots or the amount of deworming that had been done. That is just ludicrous!!!
