Secondly was their evidence of bruising, breaks, muscle tears on any of the toes of my Yorkie.

Lack of bruising given the time line you described might not be evident as death occured so quickly after injury. But muscle tears or ligamentous sprains would have evidence of injury.

I do hope your necropsy was a thorough one.
