We got her on a prescription diet and medication and they cleared up pretty quickly...

As for shampoo, we have been using Minksheen and love it. It is an antibacterial, a concentrate (so we dilute it quite a bit with water), a natural insect repellant and has a great scent.

I purchased small dog clippers at Petsmart when I got my two and they work great for clipping nails. Get her used to having her paws touched and nails clipped young and you will be able to do it. Lots of people here have to take their pups to the groomer to have their nails clipped, but if she's used to you doing it... You won't have to.
Thanks so much, we took her to the vet, she has clean bill of health. I think she's a nervous pee-er. She peed all over the table at the vet.. Haha Maybe she'll outgrow it?

I'll look for that shampoo, is it sold at petsmart as well?

I definitely want her to get used to us clipping her nails.

Thanks again for being so helpful!
