I am very sorry to hear the consequences of a momma yorkie passing.
Was the actual birth of the pups the reason for her passing? I ask bc it is very risky for a dam under 5 lbs to be bred and give birth without complications.
To answer your question, how big at one month? I don't know. As most here did not get our pups that young. Even at 8 weeks (2 months) is too young but it is plausible. At one month, only breeders could answer that question.
One more question, you said momma's parents were small, but unsure of the dad's. who owned the dad? Any way to find out? Or did you have nothing to do with the breeding and just came upon the pup?
