Does anyone know if the IBC is still accepting registrations from American breeders? I am in a debate over the issue. Also, if so, how does the IBC decide what American dogs are eligible for registration? I logged onto the IBC Deutschland site and was able to access it with translation software, but I am still unsure of how the entire process works.
There are so many breed associations that I am wondering if I should just look into another breed....
Can anyone help me with my questions?
