Me I liked it, it wasn't too hot and I paired it with a side salad and garlic toast. Good thing or the DD may have went to bed hungry. I also added a cup of mozzarella cheese to the mix. That helped hold all that goodness together. Important note: be sure to pre cook the chicken before mixing it into the casserole and putting it into the oven. (boil or microwave it) Plus you may want to cover it with foil so that it doesn't dry out. Using a casarole dish and not a baking dish like I did would help too. |
