I noticed you said she's sleeping in a laundry basket, is she able to easily get in and out? I ask because normally puppies don't like to potty in their sleeping area unless they have no other choice. But maybe someone more experienced can weigh in and give an opinion? Also just my opinion of course but I don't think I would diaper her at night. Even if she does have an accident in her bed she can shift and find a dry spot, but with a diaper she can't.
