I don't know about a low fat food, but...I use a ziploc baggie and a rolling pin to crush up kibble for my puppy
. Make sure you release all the air from the bag before rolling or hitting the bits in it. (depends on how my day was as to which technique I use
) Might be easier than a pill cutter.
