Oh my goodness, that poor little guy. I'm not sure I'm happy that the owner showed up.
Yorkies get messy, certainly, but on my girls worst days, they never looked so pathetic.
I hope the scare of losing him, was enough to make them realize he is so precious, and they took him home and gave him a good home cooked meal and a bath and lots of love!!!!
