At least HSN is good about replacing damaged items, if the item was damaged I don’t think they charge you for return shipping either. I seen that one review about the long tail, I don’t care, I think they are cute with long tails. I missed the one they had last year or the year before so I had to get this one before they were sold out. I only wish they had a Chihuahua cookie jar for my Sister.
