 Well, it's a start...!
I am happy to say that the puppy mill pet shop in town is closing down!
The store is part of a chain, and has so many sickly puppies. When the store first opened, I was there (pre-YT, of course!) and a girl came in crying her eyes out, returning her little Min Pin that was apparently sick. This is also the store that I told everyone about where Olivia threw up all over the place in "protest!" I can't wait to see the news to see what they say about it. Apparently, the Humane Society had a ton of reports of sick animals and finally investigated. So, that's one down... It's very encouraging to see that something can be done to shut these places down! |
