Hope she's gonna be okay. Sounds like some doggies do have these and a crooky scar is nothing new! The bumps are maybe little cyst-y things from the stitiches and the crummy-looking scar will no doubt heal and lose a lot of the swelling and thickened skin, etc., over time. In a year, you'll probably not even notice it but I sure would check it as you plan just in case those are little pus pockets or something funky. Let us know what the vet says.
