Also...she's gonna KILL me for admitting this but...the vet totally sewed her up crooked! Her nipples are SO unaligned now..lol. I was upset when I first noticed, but it doesn't matter that much. Just looks funny.

It can be normal, if stitches were done inside and out as well. Scar tissue can form around the stitches that are done inside.
My Luci was spayed in July and I can feel that on her as well, but I can't see a scar line at all on her belly.
