Harley will be 15 weeks old tomorrow. His ears are not standing up yet. I've read about tapping and trimming the hair. Should I tape them up and/or trim the hair? If so tell me exactly how to do it please. They do seem a little more up than when we first met him a couple of weeks ago, so maybe I just need to trim the hair, but I need that explained too because I want to make sure I'm doing it right. I don't want my baby to look silly.
