Just got a call from the dr office. My ac1 was 7. ?? needs to be 4.5-6. she told me to start sticking to my diet better. So i just texted dh telling him that when he gets in from work, the new diet starts. Hopefully i will not eat myself into a coma before then. Of course, someone has to get rid of all the sweets in the house. JUST KIDDING!
