Instead of sugar free .... try No sugar added products. I used to eat Edies no sugar added ice cream with no ill side effects. (and I have a pretty picky digestive tract!)

My friends mom does this and it's really pretty good. She takes a graham cracker pie crust and puts a mixture of Lite cool whip, light yogurt and fresh fruit, mixes it all up and puts in the pie crust and freezes it. Its actually really good!

You really can eat anything, just less of it. and probably only 1 sugar thing a day.
