It does sound like your dog may have a high stress level. Trembling as a regular thing is not normal. Tremling would be normal on rare occasions when the dog has had an actual scare. Fur not growing at all is also abnormal. Yes, I would get her to the vet and discuss these issues with the vet, including the abnormal urinating. She is very tiny and that would give me some real concerns about her health.
Historically the Yorkshire Terrier has been a very hardy breed but in the last few decades some questionable breeding practices have weakened the breed quite a bit. Some extra tiny Yorkies tend to be more prone to health problems.
Yorkies are high energy dogs but should not be nervous or be in constant motion. I hope your vet can do a detailed exam of your little darling to pinpoint any issues she may be having.
