Did you ask vet about MVD - Microvascular Dysplasia? Happy was also in same stage (you can check our previous posts) and we got an ultrasound done. During ultrasound Happy was diagnosed with MVD. This can be controlled via low protein diet.
Please post an update once you get the bile acid test results.
