Hi and welcome to YT. Congratulations on your Yorkie. Yorkie ears are supposed to stand but young or teething Yorkie pups may have ears that droop or do not stand at the same time. Some Yorkie ears never stand. I didn't see your pup's age posted, but if the ears need help to stand, you can tape them. To my knowledge, Yorkie ears are never docked. Good luck!
