I'd ask your vet. If she's vomiting because of motion sickness, he/she may be able to recommend something.
Or does she make herself sick from nerves/being scared? Does she associate the car with good things or bad things? I know some dogs only go in the car when going to the vet. Others, like my ZoE, travel in the car almost almost daily.
